  • Caffeine- Is a molecule found in coffee primarily and also in many energy drinks. What it does is stimulate certain parts of the brain to make you feel less tired and more energetic. Based on many studies, the recommended dose of caffeine for exercise performance is about 1.4–2.7 mg per pound of body weight. Research shows it increases power output during weight training but also increases performance during endurance centered activities.

Let me share my experience first. After starting to go the gym as a 19 year old kid I often felt lethargic, tired, muscle pain for more than the usual amount of time, sleepiness etc. After consulting a few of my friends who already been supplementing for some time I decided to be a consumer as well.
